Summed up here:

Open *File*, then *Preferences*, and paste this in the /Additional Boards
Manager URLs/ field, then click *Ok*:

Then go to *Tools*, *Board*, *Boards Manager*, search for =keyboardio= and
install =v1.99.5=.

Then go to *Tools*, *Board* again, and select the *Keyboardio Model 01*.
