Alexandre Duret-Lutz	40e7350c80	Enable VERBOSE logs for nips, greatspn, and python tests. * wrap/python/tests/run.in, iface/nips/nipstest/defs.in, iface/gspn/defs.in: Do not disable VERBOSE when running from "make check".
