This implement several new options for --dot in order to
allow emptiness sets to be output as colored ⓿ or ❶...
Also add a SPOT_DOTDEFAULT environment variable.

Get rid of the output in Spot's format.

We used to set PATH in emacs, but because babel executes "sh" via
shell-command, the configuration of the main shell may supersedes ours.
