5d26d6f01e * doc/Makefile.am: Rewrite to run Doxygen whenever Doxyfile.in 
or configure.ac changes.  Distribute the html doc.
* doc/Doxyfile.in (EXCLUDE_PATTERNS): Complete with
useless Bison classes.
(FILE_PATTERNS): Remove *.cc files.
