* spot/misc/formater.cc, spot/misc/formater.hh: Here.
* bin/common_output.cc: Adjust automatic output format.
* doc/org/csv.org: Adjust.
* tests/core/lbt.test, tests/core/ltlfilt.test: More tests.
* NEWS: Mention the changes.
