Alexandre Duret-Lutz 20c3f9f8ba Simplify the construction of TA.
* src/ltlvisit/apcollect.cc, src/ltlvisit/apcollect.hh: Add a version
that builds a BDD.
* src/tgbatest/ltl2tgba.cc: Use it.
