hoaparse: improve reporting of errors in LBTT guards

Browse source 
* src/hoaparse/hoaparse.yy: forward the error messages
from lbt_parse().
* src/hoaparse/hoascan.ll: Minor cleanups.
* src/tgbatest/lbttparse.test: Test it.
