ltlfilt: add option to filter by implication or equivalence
* src/ltlvisit/simplify.cc, src/ltlvisit/simplify.hh: Add a implication() option. * src/bin/ltlfilt.cc: Add options --implied-by, --imply, and --equivalent-to.
