Recognize Goal's syntax for Boolean operators.

Browse source 
* src/ltlparse/ltlscan.ll: Recognize ~, -->, and <--> operators
from Goal, to ease the use of formulas provided by the Goal team.
* src/ltltest/equals.test: Use these once, just to be on the
safe side.
