ltlsynt: generalization of the bypass

* spot/twaalgos/synthesis.cc, spot/twaalgos/synthesis.hh: generalize the
  bypass and avoid to construct a strategy when we want realizability.
* bin/ltlsynt.cc: adapt for realizability
* tests/core/ltlsynt.test: update tests
