rename wrap/python/ to python/

* wrap/python/: Rename to...
* python/: ... this.
* wrap/: Delete.
* Makefile.am, README, configure.ac, debian/python3-spot.examples,
debian/rules, doc/org/.dir-locals.el.in, doc/org/init.el.in,
spot/sanity/ipynb.test: Adjust.
