[lbtt] Fix issues reported by Clang++ 3.1.

* src/Graph.h.in (PathElement::hasEdge): Check the correct

* src/BuchiAutomaton.cc, src/Configuration.cc,
src/TestOperations.cc, src/TestOperations.h: Recode these files in
utf-8.
