Turn parse_error_list into an opaque type for Swig. This

kills a memory leak warning from swig/python.

* src/ltlparse/public.hh (parse_error_list): Declare
as an empty struct for Swig.
* wrap/python/tests/ltlparse.py: Fix copyright.
