stats: rename structures and attribute for concistency

* src/taalgos/stats.cc, src/taalgos/stats.hh
(tgba_statistics::transitions, tgba_sub_statistics::sub_transitions):
Rename ...
(twa_statistics::edges, twa_sub_statistics::transitions): ... to
these.
* NEWS: Mention it.
