ltlcross: do not use remove_fin anymore
* bin/ltlcross.cc: Since is_empty() now works with arbitrary acceptance conditions, calling remove_fin() is not necessary anymore. * tests/core/ltlcrossce.test: Adjust. * NEWS: Mention the change.
