product: add a product_or variant

* src/twaalgos/product.cc, src/twaalgos/product.hh: Implement
the variance.
* src/bin/autfilt.cc: Expose it.
* src/tests/prodor.test: New file.
* src/tests/Makefile.am: Add it.
* NEWS: Mention it.
