bitvect: implement a dynamic bit-vector class.
* src/misc/bitvect.cc, src/misc/bitvect.hh: New files. * src/misc/Makefile.am: Add them. * src/tgbatest/bitvect.cc, src/tgbatest/bitvect.test: New files. * src/tgbatest/Makefile.am: Add them.
