dtgbasat: replace tgba_explicit_number by tgba_digraph
* src/tgbaalgos/dtbasat.cc, src/tgbaalgos/dtbasat.hh, src/tgbaalgos/dtgbasat.cc, src/tgbaalgos/dtgbasat.hh: Use tgba_digraph and modernize syntax slightly.
