ltl: use "final" and "override" in the AST classes

* src/ltlast/atomic_prop.hh, src/ltlast/binop.hh, src/ltlast/bunop.hh,
src/ltlast/constant.hh, src/ltlast/unop.hh: Here.
* src/misc/common.hh: Disable final for swig3.0.
