never: add an option to output in Spin's 6.2.4 style

Fixes #46.

* src/tgbaalgos/neverclaim.cc: Add option '6'.
* src/bin/common_aoutput.cc, src/bin/dstar2tgba.cc: Make it
possible to use the option.
* NEWS, doc/org/oaut.org: Document it.
* src/tgbatest/ltlcross2.test: Test it.
