tgbatest: get rid of tgbaread
since it's only purpose is to test a parser we want to get rid of (#1) * src/tgbatest/tgbaread.cc, src/tgbatest/tgbaread.test: Delete. * src/tgbatest/Makefile.am: Adjust.
