Also, upgrade to gnulib 4af1990a0902f5914f582bade9d1aa843a291f5a.

* lib/sys_wait.in.h, m4/sys_wait_h.m4: New files.
* m4/sys_stat_h.m4, m4/stdlib_h.m4, m4/gnulib-comp.m4,
m4/gnulib-cache.m4, lib/stdlib.in.h, lib/Makefile.am: Update.
