Escape labels in -KV output.

* src/tgbaalgos/scc.cc (dump_scc_dot): Escape labels and other
strings output between quote in dot.
* src/tgbatest/kv.test: New file.
* src/tgbatest/Makefile.am (TESTS): Add it.
