parseaut: fix handling of [ outside HOA

Fixes #509.

* spot/parseaut/scanaut.ll: Reset ->str whenever a [ is read,
so that we do not attempt to clear ->str while reading garbage.
* NEWS: Mention the bug.
* tests/core/parseaut.test: Test it.
