Fix copyright.
* src/tgbatest/Makefile.am (check_PROGRAMS): Remove neverclaimread.
* src/tgbatest/ltl2tgba.cc: Add option -XN to read a neverclaim.
* src/tgbatest/readneverclaim.cc: Delete.
* src/tgbatest/neverclaimread.test: Use ltl2tgba instead of
neverclaimread.
