Remove the negative_normal_form call from reduce().

Browse source 
* src/ltlvisit/simplify.cc (ltl_simplifier::simplify):
Convert in negative normal form if needed.
* src/ltlvisit/reduce.cc (reduce): Do not call
negative_normal_form().
