genltl: add --lily-patterns

support for --lily-pattern.
* doc/spot.bib, bin/man/genltl.x: Add references.
* NEWS: Mention it.
* tests/core/ltlsynt.test: Use these formulas.
* tests/core/genltl.test: Adjust.
