ltl2tgba_fm: fix setting of unambiguous property

Report from Joachim Klein.

* spot/twaalgos/ltl2tgba_fm.cc: Set the property, do not read it.
* tests/core/unambig.test: Add a test.
* NEWS: Mention the bug.
