* doc/org/tut25.org: New file.
* doc/Makefile.am: Add it.
* doc/org/tut.org, doc/org/tut21.org, NEWS: Link to it.
* doc/org/init.el.in: Install *.py files.
* doc/org/.gitignore: Add toba.py.
