Implement dual rewritings rules for <>->.
* src/ltlvisit/simplify.cc (reduce_sere_ltl): New function, to factor the code of the []-> and <>-> rewrittings. * src/ltltest/reduccmp.test: Add more tests. * doc/tl/tl.tex: Document these rewritings.
