tmpfile: new module to create and keep track of temporary files.
* src/misc/tmpfile.cc, src/misc/tmpfile.hh: New files. * src/misc/Makefile.am: Add them * src/Makefile.am: Link with gnulib for mkstemp and mkstemps.
