ltltest: speed kind.test and consterm.test up
Fixes #52. * src/ltltest/consterm.cc, src/ltltest/kind.cc: Rewrite to read a list of input and expected output. * src/ltltest/kind.test, src/ltltest/consterm.test: Adjust.
