* spot/twaalgos/safra.cc, spot/twaalgos/safra.hh: Rename as...
* spot/twaalgos/determinize.cc, spot/twaalgos/determinize.hh: ... these.
* spot/twaalgos/Makefile.am, tests/core/safra.cc: Adjust.
