tests/python/testingaut.ipynb: Adjust messages to refer to spot.impl
instead of spot_impl.

* python/spot.py (translate): Allow changing the dictionary.
* tests/python/prodexpt.py: New file.
* tests/Makefile.am: Add it.

* NEWS: Mention the change.
