Declare class SpotWrapper as a friend.
* src/SpotWrapper.h, src/SpotWrapper.cc: New files.
* src/Makefile.am (lbtt_translate_SOURCES): Add SpotWrapper.cc
and SpotWrapper.h.
* src/translate.cc (main): Add the --spot option, and build
a SpotWrapper of required.
