* spot/twa/twagraph.cc: Implement it.
* spot/twa/twagraph.hh, NEWS: Document it.
* tests/python/mergedge.py: Test it.
* tests/core/ltlsynt.test, tests/python/games.ipynb: Adjust expectations.
