Alexandre Duret-Lutz b733d486be fix degeneralize_tba after accepting transition
* spot/twaalgos/degen.cc (degeneralize_tba): Here.
* tests/python/pdegen.py, tests/python/simstate.py: Adjust expected
values.
* NEWS: Mention the bug.
